Industrial Electrical Team Leader (M/F)

Your missions

Reporting to the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, as Head of the Industrial Electricity Team, you will ensure the proper execution of the work until the delivery of the worksite(s).

 

As such, your main missions will be:

 

  • Guarantee the QHSE rules and procedures, train your team in the risks and executions at the beginning of the construction site and monitor the reception/performance of external staff

  • Carry out the work (assembly of cable trays, cable pulling, electrical connection of equipment to cabinets/cabinets, testing of inputs/outputs with automation specialists, etc.)

  • Supervise workers (small team)

  • Define, prepare, anticipate and supervise the work (supply of equipment, addition of personnel, etc.)

  • Be in constant contact with the project manager and the design office

  • Update the TQC electrical diagrams and send them to the design office

  • Participate in the preparation of pre-sales estimates

Your missions (continued)

  • Take into account budgets and objectives

  • Monitor the planning, identify risks of deviations, implement corrective actions

  • Establish site monitoring documents

  • Reassemble elements for invoicing, modifications and additional work

  • To be the company's representative on the building sites with the various interlocutors (client, labour inspector, other tradesmen)

  • Take note of the site risks by any appropriate means (information from the project manager, reading of the contractual documents, contact with the client's representative, preliminary visit, PdP, PPSPS, Risk Analysis, etc.)

  • Participate in the prevention plan.

Your profile

With a BAC Pro to BAC+2/3 training, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an assembler/cablemaker and preferably on sites with a predominantly electrical "Process" focus.

 

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Agri-Food requirements appreciated.

 

You are fluent in English and are able to work in a team.

 

You appreciate frequent travel and sometimes abroad.
